Chief Deputy District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said that the threats Kelly is accused of making are "way too serious" to be deemed a misdemeanor. Other evidence REMOVED/DESTROYED: The first Fremont Police Officer met me at the corner of Mill Creek road and Mission Blvd in a marked FPD Patrol car.
